Utah Man Accused of Killing City Employee, Then Setting Neighbor`s House on Fire, Killing Six Pets

A West Valley City man says he`s in shock after a neighbor allegedly set his house on fire, just after the same neighbor allegedly shot and killed a code enforcement officer.
